Latest updates

36 updates, newest first · latest 8 November 2026

  1. One-tap single app, automatic money in & out, complete money & wealth planning, business tools

    • One-tap install with no warnings on every phone: on Android, the Install app button installs ListBelanja straight from the browser as one app with a home screen icon and self-updates; once ListBelanja is in the official app store, its button appears by itself. Same account and data everywhere.
    • Money in is detected just like money out from bank alert emails, notifications, shortcuts, Telegram, notes and statement import, typed as salary, transfer, refund, cashback or dividend. Alert-email auto-forwarding is verified securely and transfers between your own accounts are merged into one.
    • The money plan gains a 30/60/90-day projected balance with early alerts, What if for big decisions, flex or zero-based budgets, a guided month close, savings challenges, salary splitting and Help to cancel subscriptions. The financial dashboard shows where your money goes, age of money and category trends.
    • Complete wealth tools: credit health from your own records, retirement and financial independence, asset allocation, passive income in the money calendar, physical assets, an insurance and takaful register, zakat on wealth by state from official data, heir access and five new public money calculators.
    • Business: supplier bills with approval and fraud alerts, a balance sheet, trial balance, 13-week cash forecast and your own payment QR on invoices. Plus a secret spreadsheet feed, signed automatic notifications to your tools, common bank statement format import and a money coach that uses only your numbers.
    • The Get to know the app in 1 minute tour now shows the financial dashboard and the latest screens, tutorials cover every new tab and the automatic capture route on every phone, the Audit readiness card, header, trend table and dashboard rows show in full on small screens, and pre-update checks run faster and steadier.

  2. Bank notifications on non-Android phones too, category emoji & Needs/Wants/Savings, faster logging, spending leaks

    • Phones other than Android now capture bank and e-wallet notifications too: with the Shortcuts app (system 27 or later), one Notification automation sends notifications from the apps you choose to Needs review — same OTP/promo filtering and receipt matching as the Android app. The Capture Centre guides every step.
    • Everything in the Android app now has a counterpart on other phones: a This month shortcut (out, in, budget and to-review as text for the Home Screen or Siri), Send receipt to ListBelanja from the Share Sheet straight into the receipt inbox, shortcut icons for Note, Scan and List, and Back Tap to scan.
    • Categories can carry your own emoji and colour; every receipt or note carries a Needs, Wants or Savings tag — default by category, changeable on the record — with list filters and a 50/30/20 card on the financial dashboard. Green text on the dashboard's small tiles is now higher-contrast and easier to read.
    • Chosen accounts can be left out of totals and net worth; loan repayments can count as spending if you wish; transaction lists and search can be grouped by day or month; Start fresh deletes every transaction but keeps accounts, categories and budgets — with counts, a download-first step and a confirmation phrase.
    • Faster logging on a phone: a large amount keypad with plus and minus maths, merchant suggestions that fill amount and category, a long press on the Note or Scan button for quick actions. The dashboard gains a Spending leaks card (small frequent spends, rising subscriptions, duplicate charges) and Spending by location.
    • Any receipt or expense can be shared as a Story, Post or Square card with the amount hidden if you wish; handwritten or faded receipts get their own mode; 80 and 100 percent budget alerts are sent once to your phone or Telegram; Privacy Policy 1.25 explains the phone notification path and receipts from Shortcuts.

  3. Unified financial dashboard, receipt-to-bank matching, bank apps detected by themselves & This month widget

    • A new financial dashboard gathers all your money in one view shaped by your persona: in, out and net this month with last month's trend, a Needs attention strip, 6-month flow, category breakdown, budget and limits, 14-day bills, tax reliefs, goals, net worth, business and friend debts. A Home card opens it.
    • Every transaction — bank app notification, phone shortcut SMS, Telegram, email alert, statement import or quick note — is now matched with your receipts: the same amount within 7 days links itself, near pairs are suggested for one tap. The receipt absorbs the transaction, so spending is never counted twice.
    • Matching runs both ways: a new transaction looks for an older receipt, and a freshly read receipt looks for an older transaction. The Matches tab lists every suggestion, bank proof is shown on the receipt, and Unlink restores the transaction at any time. Deleting a receipt restores its transaction by itself.
    • The Android app now detects installed bank and e-wallet apps by itself from a verified list of 44 Malaysian apps: banks and pure wallets are ticked at once, shopping apps that also carry a wallet are only suggested, and you can still tick or untick any of them. The list is checked on the phone only.
    • The This month home-screen widget in the Android app shows this month's spending, money in, budget percentage and items to review from the same budget engine as the app — refreshed whenever the app is opened and re-read every few hours. Tap it to open the financial dashboard.
    • Privacy Policy version 1.24 explains that the list of installed bank apps is checked on the phone only and never sent to the server, and that bank proof on a matched receipt can be unlinked at any time.

  4. One Android app for everything: the ListBelanja site inside the app, always current, in-app update

    • The ListBelanja Android app is now the full app — no longer a companion. Every site feature is inside it with the same account and data, and every site update becomes the app's content at once with no re-download. On an Android phone, the Install app button offers this app first.
    • Inside the app, Capture Centre › Android app has one button, Turn on notification capture: a token is created and the settings screen opens by itself — allow notification access, tick your bank and e-wallet apps, done. Capture settings can be reopened at any time.
    • Share a receipt photo or PDF from any app straight into ListBelanja. Long-press the app icon for Note, Scan receipt, Shopping list and Capture Centre shortcuts. listbelanja.com links and reminders open inside the app with the ListBelanja icon.
    • When the app shell itself has a new version, an Update the app card appears in the same section: the app downloads the new version from listbelanja.com, checks its fingerprint, and the phone's installer installs it over the old one — data and sign-in stay.
    • Fixed: the download button and file fingerprint in the Android app section overlapped on phone screens — now laid out and wrapped neatly at every screen width, and the automatic layout check now covers this section.
    • Privacy Policy version 1.23 explains that the Android app shows this site through the phone's browser engine, app updates are downloaded from listbelanja.com only, and notification capture stays optional.

  5. ListBelanja Android app: bank & e-wallet payments land in Needs review the moment the notification arrives

    • Install the ListBelanja Android app from the Capture Centre on an Android phone. When a bank or e-wallet app you ticked shows a payment or money-in notification, the amount, payee and a suggested category go straight to Needs review for you to confirm.
    • Privacy first: only apps you tick are read, OTP and TAC codes are dropped on the phone before anything is sent, long account numbers are masked, and your bank password is never asked for. Notification access can be switched off at any time.
    • Smarter filtering: promotions, cashback offers, credit limits, available balances and e-wallet top-ups are not counted as spending, including text sent through phone shortcuts, Telegram and email. Merchant names in Chinese notifications are now recognised.
    • Offline? Notifications are kept on the phone and sent automatically once you are back online. The token connects with one tap from the Capture Centre, and a home screen widget opens quick notes, receipt scanning or the shopping list.
    • Privacy Policy version 1.22 explains what the Android app reads, what it sends, and that the device token can be revoked at any time.

  6. Group books, official savings rates, snapped bills, two-step verification & new business tools

    • Group books for trips and shared houses: several payers, split by shares, percentages or items, foreign currency, and the fewest transfers to settle up. Comments and @mentions on receipts, expenses, invoices and list items notify the member you mention.
    • Money plan: compare official savings and investment rates with the date and source of every figure, budget until every ringgit is assigned, auto-save you confirm, expected refunds, spending alerts with your own thresholds, plus streaks and challenges.
    • Snap an unpaid bill and it joins the money calendar with reminders 3 days and 1 day before the due date, marked paid by itself. Card rewards are estimated, transfer fees recorded, investment holdings count in net worth, and an optional weekly recap arrives every Monday.
    • Ask about your own money and the answer is worked out on your device without AI. Custom reports are kept as saved views and exported. Phone wallet card payments and voice notes are captured through a phone shortcut, documents are scanned and straightened on the device, and Needs review can be swiped.
    • Business: customer statements with balance ageing, late payment charges as drafts, price levels, custom fields, self-billed e-invoices types 11 to 13, petty cash and trip advances with approvals, employee leave and a Form E summary, .ics calendar import, and the Form P assistant.
    • Restore from a backup file without overwriting existing records, optional two-step verification with recovery codes, and your own profile picture. Lists get recurring chores, packing lists from templates and store aisle order; the kitchen gets recipe import from a link and cook mode.

Read more: Money plan · Open in the app →

  7. Your own categories, automatic recurring transactions, money-in alerts, branded invoices & currencies in quick notes

    • My categories: add your own subcategories under each category, reorder and hide categories. Tap a category in Money to see its records and subcategory breakdown, with a donut chart. A supermarket receipt can be split by item category while staying one proof.
    • Money plan gets four new tabs: Budgets (weekly to yearly, several categories), Recurring (spending, money in and transfers recorded on their dates by themselves — two devices never record twice), Trips (records tagged automatically, daily rate) and your own Reminders.
    • Bank money-in alerts sent by email, Shortcuts or Telegram are now recorded as money in to review; refunds are not counted as income. A spend from one account and money in to another for the same amount are suggested as one transfer.
    • Every expense can be duplicated, moved by a day, given a time, or turned into a transfer or instalments. Credit cards show the statement total, amount due and due date; debts can be settled with an existing money-in record, and subscriptions can be shared in turns.
    • Invoices, quotations and customer receipts carry each business’s logo, colour and signature or stamp. “Coffee 5 usd” in a quick note is converted at the BNM selling rate, cross-currency transfers keep both amounts, and foreign receipts can keep the amount actually charged.
    • Home page buttons stay clear under the mouse (contrast checked automatically on every page), receipt-based relief pages show the tax saved at several salary levels, net worth no longer subtracts an overdraft twice, and the new screens work offline.

  8. KPDN grocery prices arrive as soon as they are published, smarter official source monitoring & fixes on every screen

    • KPDN grocery prices now load within minutes of KPDN publishing its daily data (around 8 pm) instead of hours later, so Market & kitchen and the public price pages always show the latest day.
    • Official source monitoring now tells ordinary news apart from relevant new information and checks new values against the official wording. Weekly fuel prices, civil servant pay dates and provider limits and prices are read correctly even when a page moves, and the app itself notices any automation that stops working.
    • The GPS trip log always finishes a trip with the recorded distance on every browser, tab bars are ready early on the home and public pages, and Share falls back to copy or e-mail when sharing is unavailable.
    • Fixes on every screen: keyboard focus inside every sheet, the Add account button in the receipt and money-in forms, text in your chosen language everywhere, layouts on older phone browsers that no longer shift sideways, and the currency example on the home page using the latest rate.
    • Connect AI now follows the latest revision of the AI assistant identity draft: assistants on your computer can return through any port, and brief outages on an assistant’s site no longer break the connection.
    • New STR payment phase dates from Ministry of Finance press releases are now read automatically into your money calendar. The backup AI reader copies the full receipt text, so its readings are verified automatically, and its Ask answers and social media posts are always complete.

  9. One photo many receipts, multiple shopping lists, record history, MyInvois signing, an encrypted vault & much more

    • One photo, many receipts: lay out several receipts and take one photo — each is saved separately with its own image, in a single scan. Multiple shopping lists (weekly, party…) with tasks for who buys at which shop, and a food waste tracker with estimated values and monthly reports.
    • Change history on every record: who changed what and when, old → new values, and restore an old value through a normal save — auditors view only. Every tab bar and choice is now one shared component across the app and website, fully usable with a keyboard.
    • MyInvois digital signature with your own certificate — the private key stays on your device — and bulk submission straight to MyInvois with each invoice’s status. An SST-02 summary for every taxable period from your invoices, invoices as PDF files, and numbered customer receipts for paid invoices.
    • Form E, P & M deadlines that apply to you in the app, money calendar & reminders; an estimate of next year’s Budget effect on your tax before the new year; an anonymous “People like you” comparison (opt in); and the first-home stamp duty exemption from gazetted orders.
    • A budget meal plan from local recipes & market prices, my stores with a weekly price summary, when to buy ahead of festivals and festive maximum-price items flagged. An encrypted vault on your phone with reminders before expiry, kids’ allowance & a festive money ledger, and rental condition reports for landlords.
    • Per diem at your organisation’s rates, collection targets & money-in statement import, your own category rules on every scan and import, moving from other apps with recognised formats, GPS distance for mileage claims, AI assistants with a checked web identity, and STR phases & SARA expiry in your phone calendar.

  10. Automatic capture, My aid (STR & SARA), Vehicles & BUDI95, member cards, AI on your records & new business tools

    • Automatic capture: forward bank & e-wallet alert emails to your receipt inbox address, send bank SMS through a phone shortcut with a device token, or text “lunch 18.90” to the Telegram bot — each becomes a note in To review. OTP/TAC codes, full account numbers & balances are never stored.
    • My aid: STR & SARA estimates from the official table, announced payment phases in the money calendar and a SARA balance ledger with a reminder before expiry. Staff payroll for small employers: EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, payslips & an EA form summary. Paydays now follow state rest days & official public holidays.
    • Vehicles & BUDI95: fuel costs from petrol station receipts, a meter of this month's subsidised litres against the official limit, and road tax, insurance, licence & service dates in the money calendar. Member cards with offline barcodes at the counter, receipt charge checks against price tags, and my basket inflation.
    • Money: foreign-currency accounts in RM at a dated BNM rate, every day's transactions in the money calendar, a This week card, envelopes that carry over, Raya, school, road tax & SSPN goal templates with targets from your own records, IOU reminders, plus public 50/30/20 and emergency fund calculators.
    • Business & tax: rate cards & sessions become an invoice in one tap, bank reconciliation for business records, a MyInvois bulk file built on your device, an RPGT & stamp duty calculator (official rate tables on the public page), a printable Form TP1, and the latest Budget read by itself — ungazetted rates labelled.
    • Connect AI to my records (read-only, after you allow it) and My data. Official sources are watched every day. The home page sits exactly centred on every screen; tutorials open the real screen & highlight the part explained; the ? and Back buttons are easier to tap on phones.

  11. Every ringgit. One app. — a new brand & look, Accounts & balances, Money plan, Capture Centre and fuller business tools

    • A new brand, “Every ringgit. One app.”, across the website, app, icon, share images, prints and emails. The site shows how one receipt fills your ledger, budget, shopping list and tax; the app gains icon navigation, a sidebar and one readable column on desktop and a Home screen with what is left to spend until payday.
    • Accounts & balances: cash, bank, credit cards, e-wallets, savings and loans with real balances. Receipts, spending, salary and money in move the same account; transfers between your own accounts are not spending; import a statement straight into an account and reconcile its closing balance.
    • Money plan: savings goals linked to an account, loans & BNPL with a snowball or avalanche debt-free plan, bill splitting from a receipt by item exact to the sen, subscriptions, net worth and financial health — all in the same budget and money calendar.
    • Capture Centre: one door for receipts, photos/PDFs, statements, Form EA/EC, payslips, email and Telegram, quick text or voice notes (offline too), one To review list with bulk actions and a search across all your documents.
    • Business: credit notes, collections by debt age, products & stock at average cost, fixed-asset book value, a profit and loss statement and an SST summary — from the same records as Form B.
    • MyInvois for your sales: download UBL documents (JSON/XML) for invoices & credit notes, or test submission in the sandbox with your own MyInvois credentials. One invoice cannot be sent twice. This feature is not yet verified with LHDN.

  12. Tidier More tab, Form EC & payslips read without AI, My salary, automatic pay dates

    • The More tab is reorganised: a calm hub with a short account card, a search box for any setting or tool, shortcuts for you, and 12 clear categories (Salary & income, Tax data & tools, Money & budget, Privacy & security, Help…). Every feature is still there — easier to find, even on small phones.
    • Civil-servant Form EC & Form EA are read straight from the file on your device — no AI scan, no quota used. The review card shows every figure and where it goes (PCB, zakat, EPF, SOCSO, exempt allowances, arrears, children). You choose whether a copy of the file is kept as evidence.
    • My salary (More › Salary & income): upload monthly payslips — civil-service and private payslips are read without AI, you review, then the app analyses: deduction headroom against the official limit, pay & deduction changes, tax estimate vs PCB, irregular income, cost of living, a budget suggestion and “what if”.
    • Pay dates that follow you: civil servants get the Accountant General’s official dates for this year and next (including amendments), updated automatically; others choose a fixed date, last working day, twice a month, weekly or irregular. Budget, money calendar and “Enough until payday?” all use the same dates.
    • A new public page, “Civil servant pay dates”, in three languages shows this year’s and next year’s official schedule with sources, and updates itself as soon as a new circular is published.
    • Your files stay private: payslips and forms are read on your device, only the figures you confirm are saved, ID and account numbers are never stored, and only you can see them — not group members, admins or auditors. Files can delete themselves once confirmed. Privacy Policy & Terms updated.

Read more: Civil servant pay dates · Open in the app →

  13. Grocery prices always current, LHDN pre-fill check, money calendar, take-home pay & more

    • Grocery prices now always show the latest data — the 7 days ending on KPDN's newest data day, not last week — the same on the website, category pages, the app & AI assistants. Pages opened before an update refresh by themselves.
    • LHDN pre-fill check (Tax › Summary): e-Invoices in each member's name against your proof for every relief, with a Request e-Invoice button. At the shop, Show e-Invoice QR in the shopping list puts your MyInvois QR full-screen for the cashier, with the request deadline.
    • A money calendar in the Money tab: payday, monthly & yearly bills and subscription trial ends, with “Enough until payday?” and “paid” ticked for you when a receipt or statement matches. Alerts 3 days & 1 day before in the app, by e-mail & notification, plus a subscription link for calendar apps.
    • Receipt integrity check: near-identical photos, edited or AI-generated images and receipts claimed twice are flagged ⚑ for review — no receipt is rejected. Ask now answers e-Filing deadlines & your tax estimate instantly, and AI answers cite sources [1] with every RM limit checked.
    • Real take-home pay: EPF, SOCSO, LINDUNG 24 Jam, EIS & PCB deducted, with employer cost, your three EPF accounts and the voluntary contribution that fills your EPF relief. Full zakat: a reference nisab from Bank Negara's gold price, Form B business zakat, and zakat paid becomes one rebate.
    • Refund tracker: after you file, mark the date — the app counts LHDN's Client Charter period in working days, shows the expected date & status, marks it received when an LHDN credit in your bank statement matches (or suggests it for you to confirm), and lets you know if that period passes.

Read more: Grocery prices · Open in the app →

  14. Paste a list from a message, “Running low?”, hidden reliefs in your statements & instant answers

    • Paste a list from a WhatsApp, Telegram or notes message onto the shopping list: timestamps, sender names & pleasantries like “thanks” removed, quantities & units understood, tick what you want and it all goes in with one tap. Payment messages shared to the app ask first — shopping list or receipt-less expense.
    • “Running low?” — items your family buys regularly are suggested again on the shopping list when they're due, learnt from your own receipts (“usually every ~10 days; last bought 9 days ago”).
    • Hidden reliefs in your statements: in Tax › Summary, receipt-less bank, card & e-wallet transactions that look claimable — bookshops, gyms, kindergarten fees, insurance, internet — are grouped by relief with the amount that still fits within the remaining limit. All worked out on your device.
    • Photo check before scanning: blurry, dark or blank photos are caught on your device and you can retake them without using quota; the same file picked again is recognised and its receipt opens straight away; digital PDFs & receipt e-mails are read from their text — faster and more accurate.
    • Product barcodes can now be scanned in every phone & computer browser — read right on your device, then that item's KPDN price is shown. Common Ask questions (“can I claim it?”, limits, balance) are now answered instantly from the LHDN table & your records, with no question quota used.
    • Behind the scenes: data access is now granted one by one for every table & function, so the app keeps working as usual after the database's new security defaults take effect at the end of October; shop names written in Chinese are no longer mistaken for duplicate receipts.

Read more: Family shopping list · Open in the app →

  15. Market prices always fresh, Market & kitchen opens instantly

    • KPDN prices published late on the same day are now added by themselves on the next day's run even when the source file hasn't changed — the latest day's prices are no longer left out.
    • As soon as new price data is loaded, Market & kitchen, the shopping list, the website's grocery price tool and AI assistants receive it within minutes (a quarter of an hour at most); reopening the same hub or list that day shows instantly without downloading again.
    • National & weekly price summaries are now worked out about six times faster. The cheapest & dearest states are now the same every time you open them, and are not shown when every state has the same price.
    • Community price reports that expired or were rejected over a year ago, and old barcode details, are cleaned up by themselves — the app stays fast and free even as price data grows every day.

Read more: Grocery prices · Open in the app →

  16. A new look: “Shop smarter. Tax sorted.”, prices for every place & every item, share your list & shop plan

    • The website's home page and Home in the app are now arranged in six groups by function — receipts, tax, money & groceries, business, teams, data — and every tile, chip & card opens that feature's detail page. From Home, “All features by function” opens the directory already filtered.
    • Price estimates now cover every place in Malaysia, from big cities to interior towns in Sabah & Sarawak. No shop within your radius? The search widens by itself and states the actual distance; shop locations, postcode centres & district centres are cross-checked and corrected by themselves every day.
    • Every general item on your list — rice, oil, sugar, eggs, chicken, vegetables, soap and more — gets its own type sold nearby, with the full list of types. A “maybe” suggestion only shows the same item as your words, and “meat” is never matched to pork.
    • Share your shopping list (the items not yet bought) and the cheapest shop plan — every shop with its items, total & directions link — straight to WhatsApp or Telegram, or copy it, for whoever goes to the shop. The list carries no personal prices; the plan carries no location of yours.
    • Grocery prices by category on the website: one page for each category — chicken & meat, fish, vegetables & fruit, rice & flour, oil, milk & baby, drinks, spices & sauces, household care — with this week's median, rises & falls and the cheapest state, updated by itself every week.
    • Every feature on show now opens its real place: scan with the camera, a long receipt or a PDF; share the tax card; recurring subscriptions; text search inside receipts; the full-year price chart; and zakat from the zakat calculator filled straight into the Borang BE calculator.

Read more: Grocery prices · Open in the app →

  17. Shopping list: the cheapest shop worked out for you, item types picked from nearby shops, 3 plans & smoother taps

    • Your shopping list now shows the cheapest nearby shop by itself — the total, the shop and how many items are in stock — without tapping anything, and the list estimate uses those prices when none are filled in. No location yet? One tap on “Use my location” from the list.
    • General items such as “rice” are matched to the type actually sold at nearby shops (the most shops, the lowest price per kilo). The type list is now complete — the ⭐ suggestion on top, with nearby shop counts & prices — and item & store-chain names are spelt correctly (3A, SST, W.P.).
    • Compare your list with 3 plans — one shop, combined shops and cheapest per item — after fuel & time. Items not at the chosen shops are estimated from the area, state or Malaysia median (labelled), so every total is complete.
    • Item prices: the cheapest shops & chains across Malaysia, “Is this price expensive right now?”, this week's risers & fallers, a price index for every shop and the prices from your receipts — in one place. The public grocery prices page now also shows a price index for every state.
    • Adding the same item twice now raises its quantity (rice ×2) instead of a duplicate line; kitchen basics can be added with one tap. Fast taps anywhere are handled smoothly — identical requests are shared and the app retries by itself.
    • “Connect your AI assistant” is now one feature with one name everywhere — the same address answers LHDN tax and grocery price questions, following the newest version of the AI-assistant connection standard while staying compatible with older assistants.

Read more: Grocery prices · Open in the app →

  18. Market & kitchen: a year of price history, price-tag & flyer scans, more precise shop locations, prices for AI helpers

    • Price history is now complete for a full year for every KPDN item — the daily chart for Malaysia & your state and the up-or-down comparison use all of it. The history extends by itself every day without touching the latest prices.
    • Report a price: tap “Scan a price tag or flyer” and photograph a shelf price tag or promotion flyer — AI reads the item name, size, price, normal price & promotion end date and fills in the form for you to check before sending. The photo is not stored; it counts as one AI scan.
    • More precise shop locations: every shop and market is looked up by its name and address on an open map — once for all shops, then new shops only — so distances and the “nearby” list become more precise by themselves.
    • Item names in English & 中文 are now complete, including items whose name is only a brand — translated together with their category and checked automatically every day.
    • Connect your AI assistant (the same feature used for tax questions) now answers grocery price questions too: national & state medians, the cheapest nearby shops and the best basket after fuel cost — names match the item itself, not a brand; the location is rounded to about 1 km and never stored.
    • Privacy Policy 1.17 explains price-tag scans: the photo is only read and never stored, and no report is sent until you check it yourself. Two internal database functions (suggestion limit & vote count) now run only inside the database.

Read more: Grocery prices · Open in the app →

  19. Market & kitchen: nearby grocery prices from KPDN data, the cheapest basket, price alerts, pantry & menu

    • Market & kitchen (More › Tools, or the card in the shopping list): grocery prices at nearby shops and markets from official KPDN PriceCatcher data, loaded by itself every day. Your location is rounded to about 1 km before it is stored, or pick a state & district. Every price shows its source and age.
    • Basket: your real shopping list is compared at every nearby shop and combination of shops, including fuel cost from the current fuel price and travel time — an extra stop is suggested only when the saving is worth it. “Fill in prices” puts those prices into the shopping list.
    • Search prices in BM, English or 中文: the daily history for Malaysia and your state, a state comparison, the price you paid yourself and cheaper-per-unit substitutes that respect your diet. Price alerts notify you when a nearby shop reaches your target price or percentage drop.
    • Kitchen: put receipt items into the pantry with suggested expiry dates — items close to expiry are reminded by themselves; a weekly menu from local recipes with a cost estimate from area prices, and missing ingredients straight into the shopping list.
    • Report & confirm prices: share a price or promotion you saw (from a receipt it is confirmed at once) or confirm another user's report — your name is never shown. The public “Grocery prices” page lets anyone check prices without an account.
    • Roadmap & feature suggestions now contain only user suggestions: the starter suggestions the app added have been removed, and the app never suggests features itself — only your votes decide what gets built next. Tapping an invoice or price notification now opens the right tab directly.

Read more: Grocery prices · Open in the app →

  20. A roadmap you vote on, quotations & recurring invoices, a monthly summary, theme choice and an app that opens instantly

    • Roadmap & feature suggestions (More): suggest features and vote on others' — reviewed and translated by themselves within an hour, the most voted built first; a finished feature is marked “Built” and its voters are notified. The public roadmap page shows the same list without names and updates by itself.
    • Quotations: send a quotation with a valid-until date; once the customer agrees, “Make invoice” creates a draft invoice with the next serial number and the same items — the quotation is marked Accepted.
    • Recurring & overdue invoices: mark an invoice weekly, monthly, quarterly or yearly — a draft copy is created by itself on the date and you are notified. Invoices past their due date are flagged overdue by themselves, and “Send reminder” prepares a polite message to copy, open in WhatsApp or send by e-mail.
    • Monthly summary: at the start of every month an e-mail and notification state last month's records and spending, receipted reliefs and this year's running totals — only when that month has records; can be switched off under Reminders.
    • Theme choice under Display: follow device, light or dark — remembered on every device you use, public pages included.
    • The app opens instantly: a current copy of your data is kept on the device so the screen draws first and refreshes in the background — no more waiting several seconds on a weak mobile connection; the copy is removed when you sign out.

  21. Social posts resume by themselves & the command centre only informs — no more instructions to the owner

    • Social posts: when a channel's weekly limit frees up mid-day, the next post is now created that same hour — not at the next morning's daily creation run. The 19–23 October silence came from that and does not recur.
    • The command centre follows an “inform only” policy: every notice says what happened, what the app has already fixed and what changed — no more steps for the owner. Search-engine coverage, the AI free tier and automation minutes are now news, not alerts demanding a decision.
    • The false “Needs admin attention” card is fixed: LHDN schedule freshness is now measured from the latest sync across all years (the provisional Budget table carries the date of its source), and the notice card says the app retries by itself every 6 hours.
    • Faster deploys: the file-AI check in the deploy flow now stops by itself after 90 seconds (it once hung for 5 minutes) — automation minutes saved.

  22. Form TP1 helper, My-year image card & a December reminder with your plan

    • A Form TP1 helper in Tax › Summary: the reliefs you already have proof for this year with their amounts, monthly PCB without and after TP1 for the months left, and a ready-to-copy list for your employer — so the salary deduction drops now instead of waiting for next year's refund.
    • Website: a new “Form TP1” page in three languages — what the employer already counts, what goes on TP1, PCB before-and-after examples for every situation, and when to hand it in.
    • “My year in receipts” can now be shared as an image card drawn on your device — receipt count, active months, top categories and busiest month; no amounts, no shop names.
    • The December reminder now also mentions your tax-saving plan's progress (how many reliefs already have receipts) and opens the planner when some are still missing.
    • Owner command centre: the Facebook & Instagram connection now asks for any missing permission by itself on Reconnect, and warns when the permission for post comment counts has not been granted.

  23. Tax-saving planner, My year in receipts & richer public pages

    • A tax-saving planner in Tax › Summary: receipt reliefs with cap left this year, ranked by the tax they can still save, with the days left to 31 December and the rebate opportunity. Tick what you plan — the Home card tracks progress and names the receipts still missing.
    • “My year in receipts” — your year as a story: receipt count, busiest month, top categories and shops, biggest receipt, month streak, reliefs claimed and estimated tax saved, versus last year. On Home from December to January and always under More › Tools; share without amounts or shop names.
    • The installed app icon now shows a badge with the number of things waiting for you — receipts to check and, in the last month of the year, planned reliefs still without a receipt.
    • Website: a new “About ListBelanja” page (who is behind the app, where the figures come from, what the app is not), an “All pages” hub linking every public page, a slimmer footer, and worked tax examples that now show a band-by-band calculation, PCB deduction, refund and commentary for every situation.
    • LHDN announcement topics now explain what each topic means for you and how the list is built; list pages that are still short are no longer offered to search engines until they grow. The command centre detects by itself when the number of indexed pages falls.

  24. Simple mode for new users & tax relief pages by situation

    • A new account starts with a 3-step Home — scan a receipt, see your reliefs, estimate your refund — showing the real state of each step; everything else waits in All features. Switch any time on Home or in More › Display.
    • New public “Relief by situation” pages in 3 languages — a family with 2 children, a non-working spouse, a child at university, supporting parents, a first home, newly married, a single parent, a first salary, a big bonus, a tax-by-salary table — linked from the app's All features directory.
    • Every figure on those pages — automatic reliefs, tax with and without receipts, PCB refund, husband-and-wife assessment — comes from the same engine as the app and recalculates itself when LHDN changes a cap or rate.
    • Facebook post measurement now heals itself: when the comment count is refused, likes and shares are still recorded and the reason is shown on the Growth Engine card — no more “0 measured” without explanation.
    • A growth-engine run that uses up its hourly budget now still records its summary and phase times; the remaining posts are measured on the next run — no more phase records frozen for days.

  25. Social media posts are now spread evenly across the week

    • Each channel now publishes at even intervals within its weekly limit — no more several posts in a day or two followed by days without any.

  26. Slow loading is fixed by the app itself

    • When a data request is slow to answer, the app re-sends it straight away and uses whichever answer arrives first — the screen fills in without a reload.
    • Slow-loading reports are monitored and closed automatically once things recover; the Command Centre only lists errors that really need fixing.

  27. The app repairs itself in the most efficient way

    • Failed jobs, stopped schedulers, broken updates, and e-mails or posts that failed to send are repaired by the app itself straight away, without waiting for anyone.
    • Rare code problems are fixed by the weekly automatic maintenance; the platform owner is only told if one is still not solved after a week, or sooner for serious problems.

  28. Problems found by automatic tests are fixed & re-verified by themselves

    • When the weekly automatic tests find a problem, the fix is made, tested and deployed by itself, then that test re-runs straight away to confirm it — no more waiting a week.
    • The platform owner gets “resolved by itself” news through the same channel as the original alert (e-mail, phone or Telegram), including what was done.
    • That news is never lost: an alert is only closed once its news has arrived — if delivery fails, it is retried by itself at the next check.

  29. The app fixes more things by itself & the website updates itself

    • Missed automatic jobs (checks of official LHDN documents, new service facts confirmed by two readings) now re-run by themselves, even while server minutes are being saved — no false warnings left behind.
    • Social media posts now wait until their image has finished processing before publishing; if it isn't ready, the post is rescheduled by itself — none lost or duplicated.
    • The website updates itself from official sources: when LHDN adds or changes a relief (even one with a long name), its pages, search titles and share images are regenerated without anyone stepping in.
    • The app opens straight away with whatever has arrived and measures every load (network or server) to keep opening fast — without your name or data.
    • For the platform owner: alerts are now grouped into “Needs your action”, “Being fixed automatically” and “News” — only real decisions are sent; recovered problems are reported as “resolved by itself”.

  30. Numbered official receipts, budget vs actual & many EA forms at once

    • Numbered official receipts for donations, fees and sponsorships from Money in: your own series (e.g. DRM-2026-0001), gap-free consecutive numbers, the amount in words, print/PDF in 3 languages. A mistake? Void it with a reason (it stays in the register marked VOID), correct the record and issue a new receipt.
    • Budget vs actual: set a budget per category for a calendar year, financial year or date range and see the balance, % used and warnings when a category is near, over or spending faster than time — printed with the report and exported to CSV or Excel.
    • Scan many EA forms at once (firms, accountants, HR): many photos or one combined payroll PDF (one page = one EA), check every reading, download CSV/Excel or print a summary. When the scan limit is reached it pauses — finished readings are kept; continue with one tap.
    • A more helpful website: every relief page gives a direct answer, the cap's history, who qualifies & a proof list; new pages for beginners (need to file?, registering a tax file, refunds, late penalties) and “Can’t be claimed” (groceries, petrol & tolls, car loans, PTPTN); every page has its own share image.
    • Lighter & accessible: the app loads only your language's dictionary; every update is checked automatically (contrast in light & dark themes, screen-reader labels, keyboard) and tested weekly in the Safari engine & Firefox — sheets in Safari fixed. The home page no longer switches language by itself.
    • Security & reliability: limits on login and sign-up attempts are now shared by every server, the current year and month in the business module follow Malaysia time, and links to official government sites are checked every day — broken links hide themselves.

  31. What's new — every update is now shown

    • Every change to the app is now listed here, on the home page, in the help guide and on the website — in BM, English & 中文.
    • Each entry has buttons to open that feature straight away, try its interactive tutorial or read its help chapter.
    • Your data is safer: settings and Tax data no longer fail to save because of certain shop or category names, failed saves are now reported, an unsaved EA form review is never silently discarded (you are asked first), and the A6 assessment code in Copy to MyTax is correct for joint assessment.
    • The daily backup now covers all of your data (including emailed and Telegram receipts, AI questions and reminders), and receipt images are protected: automatic clean-up stops itself if data looks missing.
    • Account security: failed password logins are capped per account per day, and admins can no longer reset the password of another admin or of an account that also belongs to another group.
    • Phone notifications reconnect by themselves when the server key changes, and star ratings on the website count only real users — ratings by the owner and their team are not counted.
  32. Tax data: filled in once, in one place, one step at a time

    • Salary, PCB, family, reliefs, zakat and other income are now filled in one 5-step wizard — e-Filing, Form B, the tax estimate and the audit-ready score all read the same data.
    • Scan your EA form right in the Salary step: check and correct every figure before saving; several employers are added up for you and duplicate EA forms are caught.
    • File e-Filing is now a 'Copy to MyTax' view — a Copy button on every box and ✎ Edit that opens the right step.
    • Deadline reminders follow your actual form (Form B when you record a business), and settings save safely across devices.

  33. Send receipts by Telegram to several groups

    • One Telegram chat can be linked to up to 4 groups — for example your family and your company.
    • The bot asks 'Send to which group?' with a button for each group and All; every group gets its own copy.

  34. The app repairs itself

    • An occasional error no longer stops the app — the screen is redrawn and the latest version loads by itself when it is safe.
    • An app left open for days checks for new versions by itself; the monthly scan quota stays exact even when many receipts arrive at once.

  35. Grocery prices, category spending limits & voice entry

    • The price of every item from your own receipts — price history, items that went up and the cheapest shop.
    • Set a spending limit for each category — you're told at 80% and when it's exceeded.
    • Record spending without a receipt by voice in BM, English or 中文 — your browser turns speech into text; ListBelanja never receives any audio.

  36. Real-time activity notifications

    • Claims submitted, reviewed, approved or paid, new receipts in the group inbox, new members and replies to your reports — notified instantly, free.
    • Receipts sent by Telegram are now labelled 'Receipts from Telegram'; the 'Activity notifications (real time)' switch is in More › Reminders and notifications.

How updates reach you

  • The app updates itself — nothing to download or reinstall; the latest version loads when it is safe.
  • A New banner appears once on Home after every update; More › What's new keeps the full list.
  • Every entry in the app has buttons to open that feature straight away, its interactive tutorial and its help chapter.
  • LHDN tables & rules are synced every day separately — tax figures update without waiting for an app update.

Frequently asked questions

When is an update listed here?

On the day it is published. Every update that changes what you see or use must be written in this list before it can be published — the app, the home page, the help guide and this page read the same list, so they always match.

Do I need to reinstall the app to get updates?

No. The app in your browser and the installed app (Android, iPhone, computer) load the latest version by themselves. Updates never delete your receipts or settings — your records are kept in the cloud.

Where do I see updates in the app?

More › What's new. After every update a small New banner also appears once on Home — tap See what's new or Dismiss.
