Where do these prices come from?
- KPDN PriceCatcher: prices of everyday goods are collected by KPDN at premises across Malaysia and published by OpenDOSM as open data (CC BY 4.0 licence).
- ListBelanja loads that data by itself every day, removes duplicate records and unusual prices, then works out the daily median for Malaysia and every state.
- Shop locations come from GeoNames postcode centres and OpenStreetMap; shops with an approximate location are labelled as such.
- Every price shows its age; prices that are too old are not compared. Shop promotions and online prices are not part of the KPDN data — promotions come from user reports, including scans of shelf price tags and flyers.

- Your real shopping list is matched to KPDN items — the total at every shop and at combinations of nearby shops.
- Fuel cost from the current fuel price and travel time are counted; an extra stop is suggested only when the saving is worth it.
- Alerts when prices drop, a pantry with expiry dates, and a weekly menu with a cost estimate from your area's prices.
- Report or confirm prices and promotions you see — or scan a price tag or promotion flyer and AI fills in the report for you to check. Your name is never shown.
- A full year of daily price history for every item, for Malaysia and your state.
Scan barcodes in every browser
In the app, scan a product barcode (EAN-13, EAN-8, UPC) with your camera — including on iPhone and Firefox. The barcode is read right on your device, no photo is sent, and the matching KPDN item and its price are shown. You can also type the barcode number.

Is this free?
Yes. Prices and search on this page are free with no account. In the app, Market & kitchen is available on every plan, including Free.
How often are prices updated?
Every day. KPDN publishes data up to yesterday, and ListBelanja loads it by itself, usually the same evening. The latest 7-day median tables above end on KPDN's latest data day and update themselves every day.
Why isn't my shop listed?
KPDN monitors selected premises, so shops that are not monitored have no prices here. In the app you can report a price or promotion you see to help nearby users.
Is my location stored?
No. Your location is rounded to about 1 km in your browser before it is sent to find nearby shops, and ListBelanja does not store it. You can also pick a state and district without sharing a location.
