For families: one home, one record, the lowest tax
Mum adds milk to the list, dad buys it, the receipt confirms it. The kids scan the clinic receipt; dad, who paid, claims it. Scenario: how it plays out
- One of you signs up (free) and invites a spouse, kids or parents from Users & permissions — pick a job title (Spouse, Child, Parent, Relative) and its permissions are filled in for you; everyone logs in themselves.
- Anyone scans a receipt, forwards an e-receipt or sends it via Telegram; the shopping list ticks itself and the budget fills in.
- Private receipts (a child's clinic visit) are seen only by that person and the group admin — enforced by the database.
- Tax season: run the family tax optimiser — who should claim which receipt, how to split child reliefs, every category's cap. You confirm, then it is applied.

Does every member pay?
No. One plan covers the whole family — Free up to 3 members, Group up to 8. Not one subscription per person.
What about spouses filing separately?
The couples calculator compares joint and separate assessment with that year's LHDN table and shows which is lower; the family tax optimiser makes sure the same receipt is never claimed twice.
My spouse also works and is an association's treasurer — do they need another account?
No. One account, many spaces: the family group, the employer and the association each invite the same email; open the link while logged in and that space is added. Every space opens from the header with the role & job title held there, and personal tax receipts stay in the family space — apart from the employer.
