How to connect (once)
- In the app: More → Send receipts via Telegram → Connect Telegram. The app gives you a 8-character code (valid 15 minutes) and a direct link to the bot.
- Tap the link — Telegram opens on the ListBelanja bot with the code filled in. Tap Start.
- The bot replies "Connected". Done: send receipt photos or PDFs any time.
What happens after you send
- Every file lands in your receipt inbox (same as email receipts) — you see the sender as "Telegram".
- Tap Process in the app when you're ready: the AI reads the receipt, matches that year's LHDN reliefs and fills the shopping list.
- Duplicates are detected; only photos (JPG/PNG/WEBP/HEIC) and PDFs are accepted; your plan's monthly inbox limit is shared with email.
- In several groups (family, company, association)? Connect the same Telegram from each group (up to 4). The bot asks which group for every receipt — or All; each group gets its own copy, and nothing goes to every group unless you choose it.
- Bot commands: /status for the connection, /putus to disconnect from every group — or disconnect a single group in More.
Privacy
- Only chats you connected with a code can send — someone else who finds the bot cannot put anything into your account.
- The bot sends nothing about you to Telegram except a short reply ("Receipt received") — and, when your Telegram is connected to several groups, your own group names on the choice buttons.
- Disconnect any time; files already received stay in your records.

Frequently asked questions
Is the Telegram bot free?
Yes. It is included in the Free plan; files you send count towards your plan's monthly inbox limit, and the AI scan only happens when you tap Process.
Does it work on iPhone?
Yes — it is the recommended route on iPhone, since iOS does not offer "Share to" for web apps. Telegram, email and the camera all work.
Can one Telegram account send to several groups?
Yes, up to 4 groups. Open each group in the app and tap Connect this group too. From then on the bot asks which group for every receipt, with a button for each group name and All. Each group gets its own copy of the receipt, counted in that group's inbox limit. With a single group, receipts go straight in without a question.
