How it works
- Copy your receipt address from Settings (you can pick an easy-to-remember name).
- Forward any e-receipt, bill or PDF invoice to that address.
- The receipt appears in the app; tap Process and the AI reads it like a scanned receipt.
- Each receipt is matched to LHDN reliefs and kept as proof.
Other ways into the same inbox
Don't want to forward emails? Send receipt photos or PDFs to the ListBelanja Telegram bot (see the Receipts via Telegram page), share straight from any phone app (Share to ListBelanja), or scan with the camera. Everything lands in the same receipt inbox.
Safe by default
- Only emails from you and your group's members are accepted.
- The address can be changed any time if it leaks.
- Included in the Free plan.
Bank alerts & automatic forwarding
- Transaction alert emails without an attachment → a note in To review (not a receipt, no AI)
- A mailbox filter can forward every alert automatically — the forwarder is verified as a member
- Incoming-money alerts → money-in entries in To review; a matching spend + money-in pair is suggested as a transfer
- OTP/TAC code emails are ignored, with the reason shown
Frequently asked questions
Do e-receipts count as proof for LHDN?
Yes — e-receipts and e-Invoices showing purchase details are valid records. ListBelanja keeps a copy with the processed receipt for 7 years or longer.
