ListBelanja

For accountants: clients who are organised before you ask

A shoebox of receipts in June is the accountant's problem, not the client's. When the client uses ListBelanja, every receipt is already read, categorised by LHDN rules and tagged personal or business — you open it as an auditor and import straight into your software. Inside the app, the "Who are you?" card on the Home tab turns this into your first 3 steps, ticked off as you go.

Scenario: how it plays out

  1. The client (or you on their behalf) signs up free and invites your email as External accountant / auditor — open the link while logged in and that client lands in My spaces (a new accountant gets their own group straight away); read-only, only filed or locked records.
  2. You open the client's Tax & Side Income tabs: reliefs claimed with original receipts, Form B, capital allowances, CP500.
  3. Records → Export for your accountant: pick AutoCount, SQL Account, Xero, QuickBooks or Bukku and a date range; SST is split into a tax account.
  4. A ZIP audit pack (receipts, CSV, printable report) for your working file; the client locks the year after filing. Company or association clients: the organisation audit pack (ZIP) in Reports for the client's financial year — every organisation receipt image, receipt-less expense, claim, money in and the Income & Expenditure Statement.

Many clients, one login

You don't need one account per client. When a client invites your email as an external accountant / auditor and you open that link while logged in, that client is added to My spaces (More tab) and the space switcher in the header. Every client is shown with a current-year summary — receipts, unreviewed ones and what you can read — and one tap opens that client: the whole app reads their records (read-only) until you return to your own group. Each client can remove your access any time from Users & permissions; auditors & external accountants use no seat on the client's plan.

Firm client portfolio: person in charge, stage & deadline

A firm with a team works in a firm space (type Accounting firm). Each accountant shares the clients who invited them to the firm client portfolio — only the space's name, its type and when they last opened it; client receipts, totals and tax figures never leave the client's space. Partners see every shared client, assign the person in charge, track the work stage (not started, collecting documents, reviewing, ready to file, filed) for the chosen year of assessment, and see each client's deadline — Forms BE & B from LHDN's current e-Filing schedule, Form C worked out from the client's financial year end. Clients that are overdue or due soon are sorted to the top, and the portfolio downloads as a CSV. Access to client records is still decided by the client.

The right taxpayer's tax — not your own

When you open a client, the Tax tab, Form BE, audit pack and Side income are worked out for that client's taxpayer — by default the client group's admin — and your own tax profile never mixes in. The Taxpayer card shows whose tax you're viewing (read only); admins and auditors can pick another taxpayer in the group who shares their tax profile. In a company or association space, staff's personal tax stays private.

Once the accounts are final, the client's admin taps Close the group's year: every receipt and business record of that year is frozen, and you as the auditor can read every record of that year — not only the ones already submitted.

The features that matter most to you

  • My spaces: many clients, one login, a summary per client
  • Firm client portfolio: person in charge, work stage & deadline for every client, for partners
  • Auditor role: read-only, no client password
  • AutoCount, SQL Account, Xero, QuickBooks, Bukku export — SST split out, business expenses only
  • ZIP audit pack & printable report per year; the organisation audit pack for a company or association client's financial year
  • Mixed receipts split per item by the client — receipt number as reference
  • Year lock: records cannot change after filing

Scan many EA forms for your clients at once

Tax season starts with a pile of EA forms. Pick many photos or PDFs at once — or one PDF from the client's payroll system holding every employee's EA (one page = one EA) — and AI reads each form one by one: gross income, PCB, CP38, zakat via salary, EPF, SOCSO and exempt allowances, with the year from the form's title. Every reading is checked (an uncertain reading, unusual PCB or EPF, a missing year, duplicates) and can be corrected before you download a CSV or Excel table, or print a summary for the client file. The forms aren't uploaded to the account; each EA uses one AI scan.

The right plan

Auditors & external accountants don't pay — access comes from the client's plan, without using a seat there. A firm with a team can use the Group plan (up to 8 people) for its own records — invite staff with the Partner or Accounts staff job title.

Frequently asked questions

Can I manage many clients from one account?

Yes. Every client invites the same email of yours as an external accountant / auditor; accept while logged in and that client lands in My spaces (More tab) and the header's space switcher. Open one client at a time — two clients' records never mix in one view — and return to your own group with one tap.

Can the firm's partners see all the team's clients?

Yes — through the firm client portfolio in the firm space: each accountant shares the clients who invited them, and partners see the client's name, the person in charge, the work stage & the deadline. Client records open only for people the client invited.

Are the relief figures from the latest LHDN table?

Yes — caps, rates, rebates and deadlines sync from LHDN's official site daily and every year of assessment is computed with that year's rules; the verification date is shown on every tax page.
