A project tag is one field on every receipt and receipt-less expense. Freelancers separate each client's costs, professionals track every case, association treasurers prepare programme statements, families keep a wedding or renovation on budget, and companies see the cost of every branch or cost centre. The app remembers project names you've used and suggests them again.

Frequently asked questions
Does a project tag change my tax?
The tag alone doesn't — projects are for organising and reporting, and can be updated even in a locked year. To put a project's costs into Form B, open the project and tap Record this project's receipts as business expenses: each receipt becomes an expense of the source you choose (receipts claimed as BE relief or as organisation claims are skipped), and the accounting export carries a project column.
Can receipt-less spending be tagged?
Yes — add a project when recording receipt-less spending (parking, tolls, cash wages); it's totalled with receipts in the project statement.
