ListBelanja

For professionals: salary, your own practice and every client — in one record

Doctors with locum sessions, lawyers with their own cases, architects and engineers with side projects, consultants with many clients. ListBelanja separates personal receipts from business ones, tracks every client's or case's costs with project tags, records them as business expenses in one tap, and prepares Form B (which covers your salary too) box by box. Inside the app, the "Who are you?" card on the Home tab turns this into your first 3 steps, ticked off as you go.

Scenario: how it plays out

  1. Register your practice income source (locum, consulting, legal work) in Side income.
  2. Scan receipts and tag each one with the client project or case; mark business items on mixed receipts. Professional body fees & CPD have their own Form B category.
  3. See every client's costs, print a project statement or export a CSV with your invoice; Record this project's receipts as business expenses puts those costs into Form B in one tap.
  4. Tax season: Form B covers your salary and your practice — and an export for your accountant, with a project column.

The right plan

Individual for one professional who scans a lot — 100 AI scans a month, the express lane and Form B included. A small clinic or firm with several people: Group — invite a Partner, Finance manager, Clerk or Assistant; each job title comes with preset permissions you can change. A Clerk records practice expenses, money in and assets straight into your Form B, under the practice sources you add.

Frequently asked questions

I'm salaried and do locum work — which form?

When you have your own business or professional income you file Form B (which covers your salary too). The app decides the form from the income sources you record.

Professional body fees & CPD — deductible?

Yes, when it relates to your practice: choose the Professional body fees & CPD category in your Form B expenses. Courses that add a qualification may qualify for the self-education fees relief instead — the app points it out when you pick this category.
