ListBelanja
For freelancers & SMEs: Form B (Sdn Bhd: Form C) without a spreadsheet
Your stationery receipt has the kids' books and the business's A4 paper. Other apps make you pick one. ListBelanja splits every line — the personal share to Form BE, the business share to Form B, a work laptop to capital allowances — and your accountant receives a file they import directly. Sole proprietors and partnerships file Form B; an incorporated SME (Sdn Bhd) files Form C — Company tax (Form C) estimates the tax, SME rates and CP204. Inside the app, the "Who are you?" card on the Home tab turns this into your first 3 steps, ticked off as you go.

Scenario: how it plays out
- Register a source: freelance, e-commerce (Shopee/TikTok), gig (Grab) or a sole-proprietor / partnership business — the app picks Form B and schedules CP500. A Sdn Bhd? Use Company tax (Form C).
- Scan receipts as usual; split items Personal/Business/Asset with Form B categories (purchases, travel, promotion, entertainment at the current percentage, professional fees & CPD). Computers & phones are tagged Asset and go to capital allowances.
- Income is recorded with e-Invoice when required (the threshold comes from LHDN rules), or imported from your bank statement; CP500 is scheduled.
- Year end or monthly: export AutoCount / SQL Account / Xero / QuickBooks / Bukku with SST split out and a project column; e-B boxes with a Copy button.
The features that matter most to you

The right plan
Individual: 100 AI scans a month and images kept forever — the plan for one person who scans a lot. A team, partners or staff of up to 8: the Group plan, with extra members when you need them — invite them as Partner, Finance manager, Employee or Clerk and their permissions are filled in for you. Employees & Clerks record sales, expenses and assets straight into your Form B, under the sources you add; sources & CP500 stay with you.
Credit notes, stock & profit and loss
- Credit notes on sent invoices; collections by debt age.
- Products & stock at moving-average cost, recipe products and minimum-stock alerts.
- A profit and loss statement from the same records as Form B — calendar year, financial year or a date range, compared with the previous period.
- An SST summary of SST collected on invoices and SST paid on receipts.
Staff payroll for small employers
- Employee & employer EPF, SOCSO, LINDUNG 24 Jam, EIS and PCB from dated official rates
- Payslips to print or save as PDF on your device
- A yearly summary to fill in each employee's EA form
Import .ics calendars into sessions
- Import a .ics calendar file from your calendar app into Sessions & rates: appointments in the chosen date range become sessions with a rate card and customer, ready to invoice.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need AutoCount or Xero?
No — the CSV opens in Excel too. The format only orders the columns so the accountant's software imports it without remapping.
Is client entertainment fully deductible?
No — only part of it, at LHDN's current percentage; each Form B category in the app carries that percentage itself and updates when the rule changes, so the deducted total is always right.
My company is a Sdn Bhd — Form B too?
No. A Sdn Bhd is a separate entity that files Form C; directors file Form BE (or Form B if they run their own business). Use Company tax (Form C) for the company's tax estimate, SME rates, CP204 and deadlines — company receipts export to the same accounting systems.
